Refund policy

At ShopNexa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product is incomplete or missing parts.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide your order number.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be sent through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.

Return Shipping

If we sent the wrong or damaged product, ShopNexa will pay the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may need to pay the return shipping charges.
