Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• To start a return, contact us at shopnexa.pk2026@gmail.com with your order number.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
